Our customers count with a support line during the time of duration of the guaranty, which is available from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Mondays through Fridays, working days, and it offers the following services:
Telephone Support: This assistance level will be used for consultations which may be resolved remotely with the assistance of our personnel
Remote connection : If necessary, our customers will have the possibility of remote connection,which we can see their screens and immediately solve up any invonvenient or doubt that may arise.
